Muscatine County reports three more coronavirus deaths

Muscatine County reported 17 additional coronavirus cases and three additional deaths on Sunday.

The county now has recorded 488 cases and experienced 22 deaths, city Mayor Diana Broderson said.

Statewide, there were 288 additional positive cases reported Sunday for total of 11,959, and 13 additional deaths for a total of 265. More than 74,000 tests have been performed and 5,154 have recovered.

“Please continue to follow the recommendations, pray for those serving, ill, or grieving, and stay safe Muscatine!” Broderson said in a Facebook post.
