Community Health Care, Inc. (CHC) is ready to start doing limited COVID swabs for patients in Muscatine County according to Christy Roby Williams, MPA, Director of Muscatine County Public Health.

Patients need to call the CHC main phone number (563-336-3000) and be routed to a
telehealth provider. That provider will determine if a COVID swab is appropriate and, if so, schedule the procedure for a Friday afternoon swab only visit at the clinic, 1616 Cedar St., Muscatine.

CHC can serve all people in Muscatine County while offering a sliding scale fee
program, which is especially important for individuals who are un-insured or underinsured.
