The Durant Wildcats (4-3) travel to Dyersville Beckman Catholic (5-2). These teams matched up in late September with the Trailblazers pulling out a 24-17 victory. Both teams come off blowout wins in the first round of the playoffs.
The Wildcats are lead by Sophomore RB Nolan DeLong and Senior QB Keagen Head. DeLong has rushed for nearly 1,500 yds and 21 tds. Head has thrown for 700+ yds and 9 tds, he also has rushed for 450+ yds and 6 tds. Defensively the two have totaled 66.5 tackles and 4 ints.
The Trailblazers are lead offensively by Seniors Nick Offerman and Trent Koelker. Offerman has thrown for over 1,100 yds and 13 tds while rushing for 500+ yds and 10 tds. Koelker has racked up 34 catches for 602 yds and 7 tds from his WR position. On defense Koelker has 16.5 tackles, 2 ints and 1 td. They are lead by Owen Huehnergarth with 41.5 tackles and 8.5 for loss.
