After leading the rankings for two weeks, and then dropping to second last week, the Muscatine High School softball team is back in the number one spot in the IGHSAU 5A rankings.
The Muskies won the Fort Dodge Invitational last weekend, split a doubleheader with Bettendorf and swept a pair of games from Fort Madison to go 7-1 last week.
This weekend, they play in the Linn Mar Varsity TNT Tournament at Oak Ridge Middle School, then travel to Davenport West for a doubleheader Monday.
