Muscatine City Engineer Pat Lynch provided an update Thursday on Our City, a Facebook Live broadcast with Mayor Diana Broderson and City Council members Nadine Brockert and Peggy Gordon, on recent progress made on the Grandview Avenue reconstruction project.
