Muscatine Community School District has announced that Jaime Kroeger has been selected for the position of Director of Human Resources and Equity for the Muscatine Community School District. This role provides crucial leadership to the district and its teachers, staff, and administrators.
“Jaime brings a vast amount of school HR experience from Davenport. She will be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact supporting our staff throughout the district,” said Muscatine Community School District Superintendent Clint Christopher. “We are very excited to have her join our team.”
Kroeger had previously served as the Human Resources Contract Specialist with the Davenport Community School District for 17 years. She specialized in labor relations, negotiations, workers’ compensation, support staff oversight including hiring and discipline, recruitment, and contracts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and German from Augustana College, and a Master of Arts degree in human resource management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
“I am extremely honored to become a part of this exceptional District and a Muskie. I believe wholeheartedly in the value of public education and public educators. For over 17 years, I’ve devoted my time, energy, and resources to help equip administrators and staff with the tools and supports they need to make positive impacts on students, and I look forward to carrying on that work with MCSD.”, said Kroeger.
Kroeger’s experience is especially valuable for her new role presiding over the Human Resources Department. In this role, she will provide leadership to the district administrators, teachers, and staff.
