The City of Muscatine Public Transit Division (MuscaBus) will no longer allow unfolded grocery wagon carts onto the buses.
“We have been having a lot of trouble with passengers bringing grocery wagons on our buses,” Amy Fortenbacher, Transit Supervisor, said. “They are blocking the aisles and becoming a safety issue.”
Passengers will need to fold the carts before they enter the bus and keep them out of the aisle.
