The new Mayor of Muscatine, two new members of the City Council members, and one returning councilor were sworn into office at the final council meeting of 2021 on Thursday.
Incoming Mayor Brad Bark, At-Large councilmember Angela Lewis, Second Ward councilmember Jeff Osborne and incumbent Fouth Ward Nadine Brockert will begin their terms on January 1.
Also at the same meeting, outgoing Mayor Diana Broderson, and councilmembers Kelcey Brackett and Osmond Malcolm were recognized and presented gifts from the city staff.
