A Muscatine man was taken into custody Saturday evening after his alleged reckless driving led to an OWI arrest in Johnson County.
1630KCJJ.com reported sheriff’s deputies were contacted on reports of a driver heading southbound on Highway 218 operating his vehicle recklessly.
