Children are invited to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit by creating their own Chinese lantern at the Muscatine Art Center on Saturday, January 28, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Those interested in attending are encouraged to register by January 27. Admission for the event is free of charge. Please call 563-263-8282 to register.
