This week’s featured pet is Frank.
Frank is a six-year-old Mastiff who was initially adopted when he was a year old. Weighing in at 189-lbs, Frank is house-trained and reportedly over his many quirks that he arrived to the Muscatine Humane Society with. The Humane Society does note that a little weight loss will help with his joints.
