According to the Engineer’s Office & Secondary Road Department of Muscatine, Canadian Pacific-Kansas City Railroad is implementing alternating lane closures on Pettibone Avenue starting today, September 26, for a rail crossing repair. The alternating lane closure will be north of 41st Street. Repairs are anticipated to take less than one week, weather permitting.
