Make arrangements to celebrate National Coffee with a Cop Day with Muscatine’s finest on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, beginning at 8 a.m. This year’s Coffee With a Cop Day will be celebrated at All American Diner located at 2300 Park Avenue.
