First case of coronavirus confirmed in Muscatine County

Gov. Kim Reynolds has confirmed Muscatine County’s first case of coronavirus COVID-19.

The patient is between 19 and 40 years old. The governor released no other information.

The number of cases in Iowa as of Thursday evening was up to 44 in 13 counties.
