The Muscatine Police Department’s Coffee with a Cop returned Monday morning at Big Cat’s Café with numerous citizens dropping by to visit with members of the department.
The Coffee With A Cop program offers residents the chance to ask questions and get to know Muscatine’s officers in blue.
